Monday 11th August our appointment system will be changing to an online form request.
On Monday 11th August the way you book appointments will be changing, you will no longer need to call at 8am or 1.30pm. Instead you will now fill in an online form request which will be triaged by a clinician and then contacted with how best we can deal with your enquiry.
This means you will be offered an appointment by a GP, a nurse, a specialist ( Physio, Dietician, Clinical pharmacist) or an alternative via a pharmacy.
Please start to familiarise yourself with the online requests going forward and do not hesitate to get in touch prior to this date if you have any questions or concerns.
