Appointments

Consultations with the Doctors and Practice Nurses are by appointment only.

To arrange an appointment please use the following link to submit an online triage request which will be assessed by a clinician.

Please note appointments are offered via face to face or telephone appointment depending on the clinical requirement.

We offer same day face to face and telephone call back appointments with GP’s subject to clinical need.

Routine appointments can be scheduled in advance up to 2 weeks following an online consultation being provided.

Please note that urgent appointment requests should not be submitted via an online triage request and contact should be made to the practice via telephone or attending the surgery.

Appointments for our Nurses, Health care assistants, Dietician, Physio and Clinical pharmacists can be arranged by submitting a online triage request or contacting the surgery on 01788 561319.

Extended hour appointments are also pre-bookable in advance for appointments after 6.30 or weekends, Please note these are at varied locations and may not be at Beech Tree Medical Practice, These appointments can be offered via reception and are subject to availability..
