Post 2 Know Your Risk

Type 2 diabetes can develop over time, and not everyone experiences noticeable symptoms. Understanding your risk can help you take positive steps towards protecting your health.

If you’re aged 40 to 74 and don’t have certain pre-existing health conditions, you may be eligible for a free NHS Health Check.

We’ll contact you if you’re eligible. If you think you may be eligible and would like to request a check, please contact our practice.
